Barford Golf Society
Built around friendship and enjoyment
Barford Golf Society was founded more than 11 years ago in the Warwickshire village of Barford by local friends who shared a simple idea: enjoy great golf in a relaxed, friendly and social environment.
The society has grown into a welcoming community of more than 30 members, including men and women of different ages and abilities. Regular golfers and occasional players are equally welcome.
We play seven society rounds across the season, visiting different courses around Warwickshire and occasionally the Cotswolds. After golf, members traditionally relax together over a drink at The Granville Arms.
Relaxed and social
Enjoyment, good company and healthy exercise come first.
Friendly competition
Competitive enough to matter, never so serious that it stops being fun.
Simple membership
A modest annual fee, with each golf day typically including 18 holes, coffee and a bacon roll.
