Who can enquire about a room?
Qualified or appropriately experienced independent practitioners providing quiet, appointment-based therapy, coaching or wellbeing sessions for their own clients.
Can members of the public book therapy here?
No. Calm Collective provides rooms to independent practitioners. It does not provide therapy, recommend individual practitioners or take therapy appointments from the public.
What happens after I submit the form?
A member of Calm Collective will review your enquiry and aim to call you within three working days to understand your practice and discuss a viewing.
Can I arrange a viewing?
Yes. A suitable viewing can be arranged after the initial telephone conversation.
Are the rooms available seven days a week?
The intention is for room hire to be available across seven days, subject to room availability and the final room-hire agreement.
Can I request regular room use?
Yes. Tell us the days and frequency you are considering. Regular or occasional arrangements can be discussed during your callback, subject to availability.
What facilities are expected to be included?
The current plan includes a shared waiting area, Wi-Fi, kitchenette and bathroom. Final room specifications and facilities will be confirmed before opening.
What activities are not suitable?
The shared environment is not intended for group classes, fitness sessions, music or sound therapy, high-footfall services, or activities that create significant noise or disruption.
Do I need professional insurance or qualifications?
Requirements will depend on the service provided and will be confirmed before any room-hire agreement. Practitioners remain responsible for their own qualifications, registrations, insurance and professional obligations.
