Calm Collective does not provide therapy
Calm Collective provides rooms; it does not provide therapy through this website, diagnose or treat any condition, recommend a particular practitioner, or accept therapy appointments from members of the public. Practitioners using the rooms operate independently and are responsible for the services they provide to their own clients.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form, receiving a callback or attending a viewing does not reserve a room or create a room-hire agreement. Any hire is subject to suitability, availability, verification of relevant requirements and separate written terms agreed before use.
Practitioner responsibilities
Practitioners remain responsible for their qualifications, professional registrations, insurance, safeguarding, data protection, client records, consents, risk assessments and compliance with the rules applying to their particular service. Final eligibility requirements will be confirmed before any room-hire agreement.
Quiet-use requirement
The premises are intended for quiet, appointment-based professional sessions. Activities that create significant noise, disruption or high footfall may not be suitable. Calm Collective may ask for further information about a proposed service before discussing room hire.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, but the premises are still being completed. Photographs, layouts, facilities, access arrangements, room specifications and availability may change before opening. Final details will be confirmed directly before any commitment is made.
